Frequently asked questions

The answers describe the product as it is today; no promise is made here that is not kept.

Do I pay anything as a driver?
No. There is no account, subscription or fee on the driver side. Download the app, choose your language and vehicle, and you are ready.
Can I use it without registering?
The driver side works without an account. Registration is only needed to post: a business advertisement or a cargo listing.
What does business registration need?
A phone number verified over WhatsApp, the business name, legal status, tax number, address, category, the location on the map, and one photo.
Why was my registration rejected?
There are three automatic rules: one business per phone number, a unique tax number, and a warning if a very similarly named record exists within 500 metres. Beyond these there is no prior review.
Why is my listing not visible to drivers?
Common reasons: your day credit has run out, the listing is paused, your business is suspended, or the driver is not travelling your road. A listing is shown only to drivers in the route corridor.
Is my listing text translated?
Yes, on the server. You write it in one language and the driver sees it in theirs. The translation is automatic; no claim of professional translation is made.
Do I need to be a business to post a cargo listing?
No. A verified phone number and a display name are enough. No tax number, category, location or photo is asked for.
Who sees my cargo listing?
Only drivers of vans, trucks and articulated lorries. The server enforces this limit; a driver with another vehicle type never sees the listing.
Is my phone number shown to drivers?
While the cargo listing is live, yes — that is the purpose of the listing and you give separate explicit consent for it. Once the listing is removed, expires, or your credit runs out, the number is not shown.
Does the route account for heavy-vehicle restrictions?
Height, width and weight are taken into account when they have been entered. Axle load, vehicle length and dangerous goods (ADR) restrictions are not. On a route where such restrictions apply you must check the route yourself.
Where does the weigh station data come from?
From three sources: official lists, OpenStreetMap contributors and driver reports. Records are not published before they are verified. The layer is incomplete and grows with driver reports; it does not replace an official source.
Is a weigh station report linked to my identity?
No. The report is anonymous: a device hash that cannot be resolved to an identity and changes daily is stored, and its only purpose is to stop one device reporting the same point repeatedly.
Which languages are supported?
Arabic, Kurdish (Kurmanji), Turkish, Persian, English, German, Bulgarian and Russian. There is no default language; nothing is shown before a choice is made.
Is spoken guidance available in every language?
The voice files are not complete in every language. When they are missing the app says so and the on-screen guidance works fully.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete your account from inside the app or write to the address on the contact page. After the request there is a 30-day recovery period; afterwards personal data is permanently anonymised. The details are in “Data and Account Deletion”.
Does the app store my location on the server?
No. The location is used at the moment of the request, to calculate the route and find nearby listings; it is not stored against the driver. Background location permission is never requested.
