Service provider

These terms govern the use of the WAY-LOO mobile application and the way-loo.com website. By using the application you accept them.

1. Parties and definitions

• Provider: the company whose trade name, address and contact details appear on the contact page.
• Driver: a person using the app for navigation and to see roadside listings. No account is required.
• Business: a registered user advertising a roadside business.
• Cargo poster: a user advertising a load to be carried, through a separate lightweight profile.

2. Driver side

2.1. No account

The driver side works without an account. Language and vehicle type are stored on the device; no identifying information is sent to the server.

2.2. Navigation assists, it does not decide

Routes, remaining distance, estimated arrival, weigh-station warnings and road information are informational. Obeying traffic rules, road signs and law-enforcement instructions remains the driver's responsibility. The app does not guarantee that a route is suitable for the road conditions or for the vehicle's load.

2.3. Use while driving

The app is designed not to distract while driving; even so, interaction with the screen should happen after stopping safely.

2.4. Weigh stations and facilities

Weigh-station and logistics-facility data is compiled from official lists, OpenStreetMap and driver reports; only verified records are published. Completeness and currency are not guaranteed.

2.5. Limits of the navigation

The route takes the vehicle's height, width and weight into account when they have been entered. The following are NOT taken into account:

• axle load,
• vehicle length,
• dangerous goods (ADR) restrictions.

On a route where such restrictions apply, the driver must check the suitability of the route themselves. Complying with traffic rules and road signs remains the driver's responsibility in every case.

2.6. Limits of the weigh station data

Weigh station data may be incomplete and is for information only; it does not replace an official source. A station missing from the list does not mean there is no station there.

3. Business side

3.1. Registration

Registration uses phone verification over WhatsApp. One phone number registers one business. The business is responsible for the accuracy of the information it provides.

3.2. Listing content

The business confirms that its text and images are its own and do not infringe third-party rights. Misleading or unlawful listings, and listings using another party's trademark, are removed.

3.3. No prior review

Listings are not reviewed before publication; they go live as soon as the automatic rules pass. Protection is provided through complaints, removal and suspension.

3.4. Price

Advertising runs on day credit: the first 15 days are free, the next three months cost 4.99 USD per day, and 9.99 USD per day thereafter. One day is charged for each day at least one listing is live.

4. Cargo listings

4.1. Who may post

Anyone with a verified phone number and a display name; no business registration is required.

4.2. Showing the phone number

A cargo poster's phone number is shown to drivers while the listing is live. This is confirmed through a separate explicit-consent text; when consent is withdrawn or the listing is removed, the number is not shown.

4.3. Price

There is no free trial for cargo listings: 4.99 USD per day for the first three months, 9.99 USD per day thereafter. One day is charged for each day at least one listing is live; the number of listings does not change the price.

4.4. The carriage contract is not ours

The app introduces shippers and carriers. The carriage contract, price, insurance and performance are between those parties; the provider is not a party to that relationship.

5. Prohibited use

• Registering on someone else's behalf without permission.
• Posting misleading listings, or loads or businesses that do not exist.
• Querying the service with automated tools or bulk-harvesting data.
• Attempting unauthorised access in order to test security.

6. Availability

The service is provided "as is". Maintenance, technical failure, provider outage or force majeure may interrupt it. Navigation may be switched off from the server for cost or technical reasons; the app then continues to work in map and listing mode.

7. Limits of liability

The provider is not liable for routing decisions made by the driver, for the commercial relationship between a poster and a user, or for the accuracy of data supplied by third parties. Mandatory provisions of applicable law are reserved.

8. Account deletion

You may delete your account from within the app or by writing to the address on the contact page. After a deletion request, data is anonymised except where retention is legally required.

9. Changes

When these terms change, a new version number is published with an effective date. Earlier versions remain accessible.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts at the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction.
