Distance Sales Agreement

Service provider

1. Parties

Seller / provider: the company whose trade name, address, telephone, e-mail and, where applicable, MERSİS number appear on the contact page.

Buyer: the business or cargo poster who registers in the application and buys publishing days for a listing.

2. Subject of the contract

The Buyer purchases publishing days for a listing in the application and uses those days. The service is digital and performed immediately.

3. Nature and price of the service

3.1. Periods

The daily price is determined by the Buyer's period in the calendar. The calendar starts, for business advertising, on the day the business registration is completed, and for cargo listings on the day the cargo-listing profile is created, and runs regardless of use.

There is no free period for cargo listings.

3.2. Products purchased

Publishing days are bought per listing. The purchasable durations are one, two and three days; the price is an exact multiple of that period's daily price and no discount is applied.

3.3. Common rules

• A listing stays live for at most 3 days; it can be extended before or after its time runs out.
• The price at the time of purchase applies. If the period changes while a listing is live, that listing's duration and paid days are unaffected.
• During the free period, publishing and extending require no payment; a listing that is live when the free period ends stays live until its time runs out, and any extension after that is paid.
• Business advertising and cargo listings are separate calendars.
• There is no subscription product; when the time runs out the listing goes offline and nothing renews automatically.
• The start and end dates of the period are shown in the application. Dates are calculated in the Türkiye time zone.

Prices are in US dollars. Taxes are calculated under the applicable legislation.

3.4. Access to the available-vehicles board

Available-vehicle listings posted free of charge by drivers are shown to Buyers holding a cargo-listing profile on a board. Access to the contact details on the board:

• is free while the Buyer has an active, paid cargo listing;
• otherwise one-, two- or three-day access is purchased; the price is an exact multiple of the Buyer's daily price for that period and no discount is applied;
• runs by the hour from the moment of purchase and can be extended;
• without access, contact details are not transmitted in any form.

Posting an available vehicle is free for the driver in all cases; this contract imposes no payment obligation on the driver.

4. Payment

Publishing days are purchased as consumable products of the store through which the application is distributed (App Store / Google Play). Payment is subject to that store's terms.

Until in-app purchase is enabled, publishing days are set by the Provider; no fee is collected from the Buyer during that time.

5. Performance

Performance begins the moment the purchased days are added to the listing: the listing can go live and stays live for the purchased duration.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for services performed instantaneously in electronic form. The buyer accepts that the service is performed immediately and that there is therefore no right of withdrawal.

Requests to refund unused publishing days are sent to the address on the contact page and assessed under applicable law.

7. Buyer obligations

• Providing accurate information.
• Publishing lawful content.
• Keeping the account secure.

8. Termination

The buyer may terminate by deleting the account. The provider may suspend an account in case of abuse.

9. Disputes

Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts at the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.

10. Entry into force

This agreement takes effect when the buyer approves it in the application. The approval is recorded together with the version number.
