1. Parties
Seller / provider: the company whose trade name, address, telephone, e-mail and, where applicable, MERSİS number appear on the contact page.
Buyer: the business or cargo poster who registers in the application and buys day credit.
2. Subject
The buyer's purchase of day credit to publish listings in the application, and the use of that credit. The service is digital and performed immediately.
3. Nature of the service and price

There is no free trial for cargo listings; charging starts with the first published listing.
3.3. Common rules
- One day is charged for each day at least one listing is live.
- The number of listings does not change the price.
- No charge is made on a day with no live listing.
- Advertising credit and cargo-listing credit are separate counters.
- There is no subscription product; when credit runs out publication stops and nothing renews automatically.
Prices are in US dollars. Taxes are calculated under applicable law.
4. Payment
In this release credit is defined manually by the provider; there is no in-app purchase. This agreement will be updated when store purchases are enabled.
5. Performance
Performance begins the moment credit is defined: a listing can go live and credit is consumed for each day it is live.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for services performed instantaneously in electronic form. The buyer accepts that the service is performed immediately and that there is therefore no right of withdrawal.

Requests to refund unused day credit are sent to the address on the contact page and assessed under applicable law.
7. Buyer obligations
- Providing accurate information.
- Publishing lawful content.
- Keeping the account secure.
8. Termination
The buyer may terminate by deleting the account. The provider may suspend an account in case of abuse.
9. Disputes
Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts at the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
10. Entry into force
This agreement takes effect when the buyer approves it in the application. The approval is recorded together with the version number.
