If you are a driver
The driver side works without an account: there is no record of you on the server. The language, vehicle type, downloaded weigh-station package and cargo list stored on your device are removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
Weigh-station reports you send are anonymous and cannot be linked to you, so they cannot be withdrawn individually.
If you have a business or cargo account
From the app
- Open the app and go to Business sign-in / Post a listing.
- Sign in.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
The deletion process starts once the request is received. You can cancel the request until the process completes.
By e-mail
Write to the e-mail address on the contact page, including the phone number registered to your account.
What is deleted and what remains

Records subject to a statutory retention obligation cannot be deleted; they are put beyond association with your identity.
Timing
Requests are completed within 30 days at the latest.
Recovery period
For 30 days after the deletion request you can withdraw it; during that time your account is closed and your listings are off the air, but the data has not yet been deleted. At the end of the 30 days the personal data is permanently anonymised and cannot be restored.
