4. Payment and performance

In this release credit is defined manually by the provider. Performance begins the moment credit is defined.

5. Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be used for services performed instantaneously in electronic form. Details are in the distance sales agreement.

Applications may be made to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts at the consumer's place of residence.
