What you are consenting to
When you publish a cargo listing, your verified phone number is shown to the drivers who see it. A driver can call you or message you on WhatsApp using that number.
Your number is:
- shown only while the listing is live;
- not shown once you remove the listing, once it expires, or once your credit runs out and the listing stops;
- visible to people whose identity is unknown to us, because the driver side has no account.
What happens without this consent
You cannot publish a cargo listing. There is no other way for a driver to reach you; that contact is the purpose of the listing.
Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw at any time. When you do, your live listings are removed and your number is no longer shown. Withdraw by removing the listing in the app or by writing to the address on the contact page.
Legal basis
This processing relies on explicit consent under article 5/1 of the KVKK. Other processing and your rights are described in the KVKK disclosure.
